Jean de Ruyt, former Ambassador of Belgium to the UN, vice-chair Mrs Sheila Arora and H.E. Madame Irina Bokova, former Director-General of UNESCO, engaged in a strategic dialogue with Belgian Ambassador to China H.E. Bruno Angelet.
